10x 2 min on 2 min off-this went absolutely great. We went faster for the first lap of Hawthorn than the first workout which was fresh and only 6x2min. We got down to a virtual sprint for the last two minutes with some hills thrown in for good measure. It's improved from week to week and I couldn't be happier with how everything is going. Yay, progression! Coach's plan is perfect for this season.
