Comments:
Started warming up on the indoor track until we convinced people to go outside. Ran to the track and did drills. Split 600s, do 500 90-95% followed by 100 at 100%. Felt tired, was alone on the last one because Alyssa's feet are hurting her and Sam's leg is no bueno. I just need to get out (still) and relax my breathing.
