2 miles. 8 minutes running. 12 minutes walking. 20 minute run time. 30 minutes total.

Overall, pretty easy up until the last couple intervals. Hardest part was the breathing, but I think that was because it was chilly outside. Depending on how I feel in the morning, I may wait until Sunday morning to go again.
