Weather: 50's

2 mi warm up, then 4x450 in about 72 400 pace with 3 min rest btwn... i think all of mine were 80-82. then we took a lot of rest and did 3x300 in 49-50 with 300 recovery btwn. the last 450 and the 3's were in spikes.
i was kind of nervous about this workout, and was therefore very satisfied that i hit the paces consistently. hopefully this means good things!
