Weather: mid 70's, sunny

2 mi warm up, 1500 in 4:50, like 6 mile cool down.
this was a solid weekend: two good times after a week of hard practice. i think i could have gone a few seconds faster in both races if my legs weren't dead at the end, so things are going well. this is good :)
