felt really good in the new shoes, a huge spring in my step. a little sore from the friday run, not too bad though. after this one i'm really sore though, esp in hammies, need to get back on the stretching a lot.
ran from athena's to forest park, "tempo'd" the long loop i used to do when trying to get back into steepling shape, maybe a mile and a half were decent, then i died pretty hard.
I want to get back into decent shape by the 10-miler relay and run sub 6's for my leg. that's my goal for right now at least. no idea if it's realistic yet or not, but we'll see.
