Exercise Type: Run

Weather: overcast, kind of humid though, but still a bit chilly

Comments:
pretty tight, but the run was nice and relaxed. went a little farther than i had anticipated, but didn't want to be short of 5. house, covered bridge, oak hill to ira to tow path, past house to mile marker 26, then back to the house.

bought a ton of food today with the thought of making myself run so that i will actually eat it, stay at a good weight, and have the energy to keep running. it feels good to get the old staples like double stuffed oreos knowing that I am actually going to earn them again!

next step is to buy a new watch, because i know myself well enough to know that if i keep track of my runs time/pace-wise, i will stay motivated and keep running in order to beat the previous times. sad, but true.
