Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool and a bit overcast, but it was getting dark, so hard to tell

felt pretty good. walked home to give dinner a chance to settle, then warmed up everett to connector, oak hill to covered bridge, looped back to oak hill. 5x the hill to the top of the cement part. cooled down to covered bridge and back everett.

there has probably never been an instance when the idea of "the faster you are done, the faster the pain is over" was more true than during these hill repeats. i swear, even though i was pushing the last two way harder, they felt a lot easier, just because i was on the hill for less time.

i think i can understand why drug addicts can get hooked again so quickly, right now i'm totally into this whole running thing again, it feels great!

no idea on the mileage, justs a guess. ups after.
