Ran a pretty easy workout at the outdoor track today. 3 miles of lane 8's at 80 pace which is pretty much a joke as workouts are conserned. Me Colin and Phil just kinda chilled we switched up every repeat and kinda just ran controlled the whole time. Never really in any kind of pain or distress. Talked throughout too. Good easy workout day which is nice. Got like .00 and .99 for the splits which was cool and acourding to CoachL grabbed 80.1 3 times in a row which was also cool. 4x200 after dicking around with Colin for most of it. CoachL's goal pace was 32.5
