Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did my own workout on the track. I had my grandpa who used to be a track coach come help me. Did 2 laps (walk curves, 50% run straights), 2 laps (walk curves, sprint straights). 4 laps (mile pace 300, sprint 100). Then did 10 hills (up and down is 1). Then one last hill on sidewalk hill at full speed. Then 800 cooldown.
