Comments:
First set (8) was A1, mostly around 40, with 30 second breaks. The rest (after 3min break) were A3, with 1 minute rest. I did a lot of these under 34, which is fast, for me. Last two sets (8 each) total time is listed below. Average for the last two sets was a 34 low. My legs are toast now.
