12:30pm w/ Colin, ChrisK, Phil. WU to lake view cemetery, drills, strides

5*3:00hard w/ 2:00jog rest, then 6*:30 (150meters?) hill sprints by Garfield memorial with jog back down. alternated leaders on the 3:00s' and they were varied in their hilliness with the first one flat last one all uphill from the Euclid entrance to the Mayfield entrance.

CD back to Veale, stretch, abs, pushups.
