Comments:
Plyos then 8 400s at 3200 meter pace. Not very hard at all. Goal pace was 1:21-1:22. Short cooldown cause I could fall asleep any moment.
Warmup includes plyos and random running before workout.

400s: 1:30, 1:25, 1:17, 1:20, 1:22, 1:18, 1:20, 1:16
