Comments:
Sped up constantly through the run.
Was going with a 4 mile run...cut down to 3.

Looking at setting a goal for the Cleveland 10 miler. Is 8 minute miles unrealistic?

Weight at 127.5 lbs. Need to drop to get speed back.

Need to add Wii fit and spin back in.
