Long Run on Lake to Lake Trail

Weather: Sunny, high 70s/low 80s

The trail is hard to keep on. Sometimes you get to an intersection and there's no sign. I wasn't able to find water for the first 45 minutes, but then found a bunch in the last half of the run.

Took a total of 3 GU packets.

Hills really drain me. Once I got back onto flat ground (the last 2 miles) my pace picked up significantly.
