3 mile warm up and cool down
Went hard and turned up resistance during TV commercials, a lot more difficult than it sounds.  Kept at least 110 rpms at high resistance when on.  On would last at least 5 minutes.
Off was still a good clip at, at least 94rpms.
Took off running again due to a combination of heinous weather and playing it safe with the shin.
