Alone at the track with the Guy. Very windy. 2 mile warmup. 2x800 with 3 min rest. 2:18, 2:16. Not bad. 4 x 300 with 3 min rest. 43,45,45,44. The first one sly told me to slow down about 25m from the line so I felt good about that one. 2 mile cooldown.
