Weather: night.. humid
Comments:
i was late couldn't do the 1000's
felt unacomplished after practice.....
5 mile warm up
+ 8 x 200m at 27 to 30 seconds w/200m rest + 400 meter jog
the 200 's didn't ffeel to hard... the recovery hurt me more.... overall my legs felt a little heavy hard to lift working on form,, my knee bothered mee..... ICED my knee tonight and legs will see how it feels tomorrow
+ 2. mile cool down
