Dinner + Running = Bad

Weather: Pleasant

This was our easy recovery run, and we ran with Michael Zero, a new freshman on the team. We ate dinner late and started our run early to catch the Olympics, particularly the women's marathon. This was a bad idea. It was not comfortable, despite the comfortable pace. Ugh. Otherwise, the run was nice and easy.
