at tilden by myself because i knew tempo-ing solo anywhere else would end in disaster. took it like a workout i guess. i had planned on 2mile sets at 7 min pace but i didn't want to do too much because of the annual easter candycane city long run tmrw. so i just did 3xmile with 3 min rest, aiming for 6:45 (my time trial for indoor, gahhhahaha). felt pretty meh throughout. at least i got it done... stretch, ankle exercises, core.
