Long weekend run - Burke Lake

Weather: low 70s high 60s

Comments:
3 laps around Burke Lake - started out slow for the 1st lap. Felt fine. Second lap still felt ok, knee started up a little but kept a steady pace. Third, around 1/3 of the way through I felt in the zone and stepped up the pace a bit. Jess hung in the whole time.

We stopped between laps for GU and water. Might want to consider this during the race. Made a difference.

One of the better runs so far.

Iced the knees and feet.
