solid day. my legs didn't exactly feel fresh and the conditions weren't perfect, but still ran 2 PR's, so I'm happy. I think I can go a lot faster next time though.
splits were something like 73, 76, 77, 56 for the 1500 and 67, 75 for the 800. that 800 was miserable, haha. i think the fastest 400 i had run this season was the 69 at the end of practice on thursday, so yeah, lap #2 was NOT fun.
