Comments:
Ran from my hotel to the Charles River (Boston). DId a 20 minute warm up run. First ten minutes were smooth, next ten were a bit faster. Then found a somewhat quite strip of the bike/walking path. Did dynamics drills and 6 striders. Then did 2 pick ups for 55 seconds (probably around 350 meters). Didn't have time to do the 200 meter pickup so ran back to my hotel at a pretty fast pace (15 min). IT was one of the most visual pleasing runs i have ever been on.
