What is up with 88 degrees? Tom wanted 10 x tempo 400s with 10 sec rest at 95. Took me a few to get on (started with an 87 and 90 before I got it down, but then I held 92/93 the whole time. A little trouble breathing (not used to the weather, pollen,etc.) but not bad for a first workout in weeks. Lifted afterwards
