Zeb's first in order SB YMCA Triatholon workout

Weather: rainy but warm

Comments:
6PM started with about 22 lengths then showered changed and went straight to spinning for atleast 50mins +5-10min cool down/stretch. Changed shirt and ran over 5 miles with Kevin. It was Kevin's route on east race + other parts of the sunburst path. Strong ~8:45 ish pace. Next time I will bring Garmin.
