WOOOO 16.5 for the 110s a pr and breakin my season best felt soo great running it first race with all 3 steps. ran my 300 alittle slow in a 45. and ran a 55 in the 4x4 which is basiclly off just strength work from hurdles so nots its time to go after my 300 and 400 times.
