warmup to track from southside, then 2 more miles with the team
2 mile time trial: 11:22
so this was pretty bad. I put myself in the middle group cause i had no idea what i was going to be able to do, but that was a mistake. i went out the first mile in 5:30 and was already dying. the second one was considerably slower. my legs were actually never that tired, i was just going into oxygen debt really quickly and my stride felt shitty. hopefully my summer base helps me get back into shape pretty quickly, otherwise this could be a frustrating season.
cooldown back to veale, icebath.
