Comments:
Campus Loop up, then 7x800 with 2-2.25 minutes recovery. Jogged a 400 after the first one and 200 after the rest. I am just plain bad at running workouts by myself, I am unfocused. I thought about papers I had to write, golf, the stock market, and everything but running except on the last rep. Anyways,
