Weather: sunny with a hefty breeze on the backstretch

Comments:
4x300, 5 mins rest, 4x300. 90 seconds between each 300. very quick, i didn't take splits but im pretty sure it was anywhere between 52 and 58. i felt like i had a pretty good day but the last two were haaaaaaard. major calf cramping on the cooldown. made sure to stretch extra. core.
