Comments:
Well this was a terrible run. I initially planned on going 6-8 miles, but i didnt. my back (which i realized is actually my hip) was hurting a little bit, but nothing more than normal, but for some reason today it was screwing up my stride real bad and i was totally favoring one leg, so i decided to turn around at coventry. then at the top of the hill i twisted my ankle on a root, which hurt but it wasnt actually that bad, and then on the way back i started chafing real bad from the BR shorts, so it was just an all around shitty run. ice bathed afterwards.
