Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Starting my warmup, I didn't think I would be able to do a tempo run today - or I would at least have to cut the run short. My legs were sooooo sore! But once I got my legs moving, I felt great. I had planned on doing 14 miles with 10 at half-marathon pace, but ended up doing 15 with 11 at half-marathon pace! Always love those surprise great runs!
