wasn't feeling so hot from the start because of the food we've been eating, dropped a deuce at the park between np and sp, felt amazingly better after. the way back was pretty brisk pace, slowed it down a bit toward the end because i could feel us starting to get a little out of control and tomorrow is a pretty tough workout. ran barefoot on van horn field with farkas to even out my milage. wanted to do 10 today, but didn't want to push it too far, especially with how my foot's been feeling.
