Nice run on a windy day...

Weather: Cool and windy

Comments:
Relatively pain-free run on a windy day. No calf pain at all and less left knee pain than usual. Running into the wind was rough but running with the wind was like flying! I like the Katanas - comfortable and nearly flat. They help my running form. First two miles in 15:41. Last 2.51 in 18:48.
