last dual meet! everything was meh. had a hard time getting my head into it. more sleep would have been better :P
ankle kept hurting during sprint dynamics and pushoff. didn't notice it in races though. im glad im easing up on the 400s; hopefully it will give my ankle a break, and i won't be stuck in a rut.
