Weather: perfect spring weather

whewwww. 6x400 with 2 mins rest at dream mile pace. especially tough after the meet tuesday and LT yesterday. calves were already super sore on the warmup :P

interesting splits, haha: 78, 79, 80, 84, 84, last one would prob have been around 84 but my leg started to seize up around the 200 and then got a nasty calf cramp at the 300. can't say i wasn't working the lactic acid!
