Comments:
6 x 1k at 68/69 pace per lap w/ 2:30 restish, but took a little longer. Wasn't feeling hot so I stopped looking at my watch halfway through and I nailed the rest of the workout. Last one was the hardest but also my fastest. Felt really strong mentally afterwards.
