was kind of difficult today. Sweat was pouring down my back and chest. I began with a 5 minute warm-up at 5.0, then stretched. Did 4 minutes at 7.2, 3 minutes at 4.5 (3 reps of that), then slowed down to 4.5 for 10 minutes, then walked for 5.
