felt dehydrated, began at back of pack, got cut off a bunch, and felt like i gave up on last lap. wanted to try to get more even splits, but i held back too much. splits were even though (80, 82). didn't feel like a good end to the season, but all this not training is really catching up with me. hips still hurt a lot, going to see veronica and then a doctor at some point
