was partners with ishan and this freshman girl who'll be good. good workout except wow i sucked up the hills. didn't feel strong at all going up. alone for the most part so pretty hard to pace. then surge on top then just try to get that tired feeling out of the legs then roll to the finish. not a hard workout but my legs are feeling it from yesterday and today. i guess tightness/soreness is a good way to describe it. long tomorrow i think
