Marathon now will just be a goal of finishing. Just going out and running 7:30 to 8:00's I was a little to ambitious with my training but think this summer I can get it some decent training and then be solid over the winter and into next summer. Ankle still sore. Its a great feeling gettinb back in shape even though it hurts
