Weather: cool, overcast, 60 degrees, slight occasional breeze
Comments:
felt very stiff. very stiff. took forever to warm up. had been off for a couple days, thought maybe that would make me feel good and refreshed, but having sat all weekend in the study position, I think I was just tightened up to the max. never could find a rhythm until the last 1/2 mile
