Comments:
went to the bw track with coach and elaine. did 3x300 with 1 min rest and 2 sets of 5x200 with 45 sec rest, and about 3 min btwn sets. 300's were about 54-5 and 200s were all around 33 except the last which was 31. i didn't feel great today so it was good to get through the workout and hit all the times. now i just need to get my legs feeling good. they haven't felt fresh since conference, but hopefully by friday they'll really be ready to race.
