Weather: Sunny and 74 with a moderate wind straight out of the east

Comments:
Four mile repeats in front of the hospital: 6:12, 6:20, 6:22, 6:26. Felt pretty decent...fastest and best interval mile repeats I've done in years, but still plenty of room for improvement. Miles 2 and 4 were straight into the wind.
