mile warmup to MLK
Coach said that I should not do tempo runs, at least for now, so I went with Bobby and Taylor just down MLK to hit our mileage. It actually ended up being a really good run, and we went a lot faster than I intended to. The first 3 miles were all in the 6:20ish range, and the last was in 6:02, for a 4 mile time of 25:13 which was nice, because we weren't really making a conscious effort to go fast, and I felt very relaxed at that pace. My knee was a little sore, but it didn't hurt or screw up my stride. I was really happy with this workout, and I still feel like I'm getting in a lot better shape every day.
