Workout was 200m-800m-200m x3. Pace goal was 38s/2:45/38s

Set One: 38, 2:44, 38
Set Two: 36, 2:40, 36
Set Three: 35, 2:35, 30

The last 800m had a fairly intense second lap. The last 200m didn't feel terribly fast, but it was 30s flat. Guess the 200's on the weekend are paying off.
