nice to be outside. went home the "long" way after barefoot run. track to bikepaths to snyder hill to genung to ellis hollow creek to turkey hill to stevenson to dodge to ellis hollow to home. looks like a spiral. was about 9.5 miles would have been a nice run... stretch roll ice when I got back. then lift (5 things, 3 sets, 15 reps) More PT tomorrow.
