Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 55 and misty with a decent wind from the east
Comments:
Pretty easy to go out at 7:30...first six miles were very easy, but legs got heavy at miles 7-8 as a result of not having any calories. Starting with a cup of coffee 20 minutes before running definitely helped, but the complete lack of calories showed.
