Comments:
I'm really tired from the last 10 days of running climbing so I cut the 200's in half. This was only possible because I was on my own for once (Veronica had other places to be) so I ran them faster, but I ran less of them. I didn't wear a watch but I ran 4x200m at the Jr High.
