was planning on going 10, but i forgot where the turn around was, and kind of forgot to look at my watch for 35min, so i went a little longer, but not bad. felt pretty good, had to hold myself back quite a bit on the way back because i was feeling good, but i need my recovery especially after the past 3 days. Lifting later today perhaps, but i've got lots of book buying and other crap to do too, boy have i been slacking bigtime.
