Weather: 86 degrees and sunny with 15 mph wind from the south
Comments:
Started out feeling great on hot day...first mile was 7:15 and I felt like I was yanking back on the reigns. Stride felt long and strong. Miles two and three were easy as well. Turned straight into the wind and entered hills on mile 4 and started to bonk hard. Took Goo at 4.5, but had no water for the entire run. Miles 5-7 were especially hard - windy and hilly. Got wind at my back at 8 and was able to stay around 8:00 the rest of the way in. Could definitely feel the fatigue from this past week's training, one of the hardest week's I've had in years! Ready for Hospital Hill taper???!!!???
